Who should be following up with leads?

Lead follow up needs to be systemised, consistent and frequent. It's best to make a team member responsible for this.

When we look at the data behind our most successful practices, we find that they have a team member who is solely dedicated to following up and nurturing every one of the leads that come in.

The key is to give the team member the training, support and tools they need in order to do this at a consistently high standard.

If you give these tasks to already overwhelmed front desk staff then you're not going to get the results you want.

Taking this a step further, the larger practices often create a separate office for the Treatment Coordinator which is away from the activity and distractions of the front desk.

This creates a quiet and organised environment and really does get great results!
