What happens when a lead comes in?

Getting a new lead is exciting… here's how you'll be notified.


When a new lead comes in, you'll be notified via the email address you sent us when we set up the campaign. This email notification will include the lead name, their phone number and email address.

The lead's name, phone number and email address are also automatically added to your Patient Management Spreadsheet.

It's a very transparent process, as we can all see how many leads have come in during the month from the campaign(s).

As soon as a lead comes in, we recommend reaching out to them immediately. A simple phone call to confirm their details and discuss the next steps works wonders in helping to convert the lead into a patient.
