How often should we run an Open Day?

Open Days are very successful initiatives, but can you have too much of a good thing?


Open Days are an exciting and great way to dramatically increase treatment uptake, so it can be tempting to want to run them all the time.

However, we strongly recommend leaving two or three months between each Open Day.

That's because we're promoting a strong offer, and if we do that too frequently, it begins to lose the sense of exclusivity and scarcity we're aiming for.

By holding an Open Day every 2 to 3 months,we can avoid devaluing your service, your brand, and all your hard work, and ensure each Open Day brings in successful results!

In order to ensure the best results from our end, it's important for you to reach out to us at least 5 weeks before the proposed Open Day date. This will give us enough time to create the campaign, as well as run it for about 4 weeks prior to the Open Day itself.
