How much should the deposit be?

Keeping the deposit low strikes the right balance between asking leads to show commitment - without asking too much of them.

In the past, practices we've worked with have tried larger values, e.g. £50, but it’s quite a big ask of someone who’s just found you on Facebook and hasn’t met you yet. Patients are often hesitant to shell out such a big chunk of money on a practice that hasn't established trust yet.

It’s best to keep the deposit quite low - we usually recommend something between £10 - £20.

The lead has parted with their card details, and that's enough to show that they are more serious about the treatment plan.
