Timing is everything when moving leads on to the next stage of the patient journey. Here's how to tap into their positive feelings and frame of mind.


When you're having consultations you'll find that some people are more excited and keen to go on to the next stage or start treatment - when that happens, try to book them into that next stage during the consultation itself. This works for both in-person and video consultations

We've learnt that even if they say they want to go ahead and they're excited during the consultation, when the next team member calls them to book in for the treatment or even get the deposit, leads may often say 'I've changed my mind'., 'I don't want to go ahead now', or 'I have to think about it.'

It's important to tap into a new lead's excitement about the treatment whilst they have those feelings.

This is when they are at that key hot stage.
