You want to maximise your treatment uptake on your Open Day - so how many clinicians should be available?
Each clinician will have their own diary for the Open Day. We've run many successful Open Days where the practice has had two or three diaries open. Naturally, it will be more difficult to fill up three diaries than one.
However, you don't want to miss out on tapping into strong demand.
What we advise is to start with one diary. When that gets fully booked, we can open up a second diary, and again, when that's fully booked, we can open up a third diary.
It's a great strategy to play it safe by not over committing, but also being able to tap into stronger demand for your offer.
Be aware that the more diaries you have, the higher the ad spend will be, as you will need to fill up more time slots. This is why we start by opening one diary. We focus on getting that diary filled up, and then we consider opening up a second diary.
